Alexander Wang X H&M collection is soon yet to arrive. Since the collaboration was announced in April, I’ve been excited to see how Wang would translate his signature dark and simple aesthetic to H&M. Wang also incorporates his typical urban essentials with a range of hoodies & sweatshirts, many of which are branded with “WANG” in giant lettering.

Can’t wait till this collab collection comes out!!

Project 5- Soane Museum

Sir john Soane 1753-1837: Son of a bricklayer, who became a wealthy and well known Architect and designer is his days. John Soans most famous works, Bank of England and his beautiful home situated in Lincoln Inn fields London,WC2A 3BP

Sir John Soane’s three Grade I listed buildings (Museum/ home) is a selected and preserved building open to the public. The museum demonstrates its association with Soane, his family and his career as an architect whose creative reinterpretation of classical forms, space, colour and the use of light. He still continues to influence people on an international scale after over one-hundred years after his death.

In 1833 his precious house was established as a museum by Act of Parliament, meaning that his interiors were to be kept as they were at the time of his death. Today the Museum spreads across three buildings all built by Soane – No. 12, 13 and 14 Lincoln’s Inn Fields.  He designed 13 Lincoln’s Inn Fields as his home and as a setting// archive for his antiquities and art works/ experiments. Its interior displays complexity through the design of each room and how they function on its own as well as how it connects to another. The museum is full of cleaver tricks that entice and engage the visitors.
